Marsha McCombs brings nearly three decades of hands-on experience to the title industry, with a career that began in 1997 and a lifelong connection to real estate. Raised in a family deeply rooted in title insurance, Marsha developed an early understanding of the industry and quickly turned that foundation into a successful career—starting as a file clerk and advancing to a closer by the age of 22.

Throughout her career, Marsha has worked with multiple title and attorney offices across Florida and Mississippi, building a reputation for accuracy, leadership, and clear communication. In 2023, she fulfilled a long-standing goal by opening Connect Title Agency, bringing her vision of dependable, client-focused service to life.

Outside of the office, Marsha is a proud mother and grandmother who values family, community, and creating meaningful connections—both personally and professionally.

Closer | Marketing Director

Chad Brooks brings a diverse professional background and five years of closing experience to Connect Title Agency, where he serves as both a Closer and Marketing Director. Born and raised in the Northwest Florida Panhandle, Chad offers local insight alongside a strong understanding of the title process and client communication.

Prior to entering the title industry, Chad studied criminal justice and worked in law enforcement as well as a 911 dispatcher. This experience sharpened his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to remain calm and focused in time-sensitive situations—qualities that translate directly into successful closings.

Outside of work, Chad is a self-proclaimed history enthusiast who enjoys traveling to historic sites, exploring new places, and spending time on the water along Northwest Florida’s beaches with family and friends.

Administrative Title Processor

Fedina Spence brings five years of title industry experience to Connect Title Agency, serving as an Administrative Title Processor with a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and client support. Originally from Portsmouth, Ohio, she has called Florida home since 1998 and brings both dedication and reliability to every transaction she supports.

In her role, Fedina plays a key part in keeping files moving efficiently and ensuring details are handled with care. She values the collaborative environment at Connect Title Agency and takes pride in contributing to a smooth and positive experience for clients and partners.

Outside of work, Fedina enjoys spending quality time with her three children and her dog, Maggie, and values the relationships that matter most to her.

Whitney Cash brings 18 years of financial experience to Connect Title Agency, serving as a knowledgeable and welcoming first point of contact for clients and partners. Her background in finance, combined with 96 completed credit hours in Real Estate Principles, gives her a strong foundation in real estate transactions and client service.

In her role, Whitney is committed to creating a positive, organized, and professional experience from the moment clients connect with the agency. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and supporting the team with attention to detail and reliability.

Outside of work, Whitney is married and a proud mother of two. She values balancing her professional drive with a deep dedication to her family and community.
